How it works

    Ingest inventory

    Room inventory, rates, rate plans, reservation IDs, and guest names come in through automated reports, or PMS exports can be uploaded manually.

    Run the algorithm

    Optimize performs every possible upgrade evaluation and selects the optimal path for the active mode.

    Surface upgrades

    Front desk staff receive a clear, prioritized list of recommended upgrades, with the reasoning behind each move. Manual selection is also available.

    Capture revenue

    Low-cost rooms freed by upgrades are re-exposed for day-of sale, and built-in recapture analysis tracks the revenue they bring in.
